The app is great, but after using it 3 days ago, my battery kept dying quickly... Checked my location services and showed that it was still watching my location. Turned it off and battery last way longer. Turn it on only when you want to order something

When you choose the combo option, no options appear. Yet you cant continue because the option wasnt selected. Frustrating. Ordered inline instead.

I downloaded this app because the website is brutally slow for ordering. After inputting all my info the app just stays on a loading screen. WTF? Youd think a company like Boston Pizza could afford to make an App that works. Its so difficult to use the website and this app that its better to call to get delivery. But there are many other easier options. Bye BP

Just took me almost an hour to order for my family. Kept signing me out. Repeatedly getting the same error. Website is down, and the staff at our closest BP is too stupid to take a phone order so this piece of crap is our only option. This happens every time. Not even worth having.

How can they promote this app on tv ads and have it totally useless? Nothings changed in months. Still terrible. Why even bother, Boston pizza? Smh.

Just signing-in is an adventure in itself. It never works. Give error messages. This app needs serious work.

This app has never, not once, allowed me to log on. In fact, I had to reset my password every time I made an attempt. Not worth the hassle.

App wont let me sign up or sign in just keeps loading then says error to a current account please fix these problems

Your store is ridiculously expensive. If you going to have a spot for offers use it! That makes no sense to have a slot there for nothing! Other than that ok app.

Im a previous website orderer and now I use the app. I generally have no trouble with it, however it wont let me save an address, it says its unable to save my address. As well, I cannot use the free bandara bread offer, it says I dont meet the criteria for the free offer, but I do.

Even after all these updates this is still a problem. When Im selecting fries the done button in the top right corner is still unresponsive and I cannot complete my order. I am using a iPhone 4s. And this has been a problem since the app came out.

Cannot view a menu all thats available is a express menu and the only option is too order what you did previously theres no option to select anything new I got so frustrated fiddling around with this stupid app I just gave up and called seriously fix this its not that difficult.

I had a little glitch in the app today. I picked all my items & went to cart. The price in the cart showed all my discounts & gave me a price of $41.99. When I went to checkout the final price was $62.10. I almost cancelled the order after seeing a $20 jump for taxes & delivery. After going back over my order & doing the math it turned out the final price was right, but with that glitch it sure looked like a major mistake.

When I tried to order delivery and picked out my saved address, it said it was invalid. Its been the same address ive saved since I signed up. This started to occur after the last update.

Tried using the app several different time. Just crashes. Not worth the time. Use website

Worked for months to make an order, now all of a sudden my address doesnt exist so my order cant continue. Fantastic.

App used to work good now it is broken. Doesnt recognize my address. Annoying. Please fix!

What a waste! Cant complete an order, cant change pickup time to future time, order total is incorrectness though discount shows as a negative amount, the total is not updated. Boston Pizza should be ashamed to have its name associated to this app.

I have tried installing this app and using it but it always says I need an Internet connection and to check my network. I am in my house on wifi and not sure why it doesnt work
